Ardena has achieved the prestigious 6-Leaf EnviroDevelopment certification, recognising Hesperia's commitment to creating a more sustainable community in Wattle Grove.
The certification acknowledges Ardena's initiatives across six key areas: ecosystems, waste, energy, materials, water and community. These include retaining existing trees and increasing tree canopy, diverting construction waste from landfill, incorporating renewable energy, using lower-carbon construction materials and designing waterwise green spaces. The project also recognises the cultural heritage of the Whadjuk Noongar people through engagement with Traditional Owners.
This achievement reflects Ardena's commitment to creating a thoughtfully designed community that balances environmental responsibility with long-term liveability.
